At BROAM, we are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and positive environment for the motorcycle riding community. Our Community Standards outline the expectations for all users of the BROAM app and website.

1. Core Principles

We believe in mutual respect, rider safety, and the shared passion for motorcycling. Any behavior that undermines these values is not permitted on our platform.

2. Prohibited Content and Behavior

Users are strictly prohibited from posting content or engaging in behavior that includes:

Harassment, bullying, or threats against other riders.
Hate speech or discriminatory content based on race, religion, gender, or orientation.
Sharing of illegal acts or promotion of dangerous/unsafe riding behavior.
Spam, fraud, or deceptive practices.

3. Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

BROAM has a zero-tolerance policy regarding the creation, sharing, or promotion of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). Any user found to be involved in such activities will be immediately and permanently banned from the platform, and all relevant evidence will be reported to the appropriate law enforcement authorities and reported to appropriate child protection organizations where required.

4. Reporting Abuse

If you encounter content or behavior that violates our Community Standards, please report it immediately. You can report abuse through:

In-App Reporting: Use the "Report User" feature available in chat menus.
Email: Send a detailed report to broamride@gmail.com. Please include usernames, timestamps, and screenshots if possible.

All reports are reviewed by our team in a timely manner. Actions may include content removal, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination.

5. Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate and take action against any account that violates these standards. Our decisions are final and are made to protect the safety and integrity of the BROAM community.
