Account Deletion Request

At BROAM, we respect your privacy and your right to control your data. This page provides instructions on how to delete your BROAM account and all associated data.

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)

  1. Open the BROAM app on your device.
  2. Tap on your Profile (bottom right icon).
  3. Tap to Open Danger Zone section
  4. Select Delete Account at the bottom of the list.
  5. Confirm your request. Your account and data will be deleted immediately.

Option 2: Web Request

If you have already uninstalled the app and wish to delete your account, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to broamride@gmail.com.
  2. Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
  3. Include the email address associated with your BROAM account.
  4. We will process your request and delete your account within 7 business days.

What Data is Deleted?

When you delete your BROAM account, the following information is permanently removed from our servers:

Please note that some data(such as past chat messages in group rides or reviews you've posted) may be anonymized rather than deleted to maintain the integrity of the platform experience for other users.

Note: Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered.
