Welcome to BROAM. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BROAM mobile application and website (https://broam.in) operated by BROAM ("we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using the BROAM app or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Use of the Service

BROAM provides a platform that allows motorcycle riders to connect with other riders, discover riding places, organize events, and participate in group rides.

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use BROAM.

2. User Accounts

To use certain features of the app, you must create an account.

You agree that:

• The information you provide is accurate and complete
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post harmful, abusive, or illegal content

• Upload misleading or fraudulent information
• Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the app or its services
• Use the platform for unauthorized commercial activities

We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access to users who violate these rules.

4. Events and Group Rides

BROAM allows users to create and participate in riding events and group rides. These activities are organized by users and not by BROAM.

By participating in rides or events, you acknowledge that:

• Riding motorcycles involves inherent risks
• You are responsible for your own safety and decisions
• BROAM is not responsible for accidents, injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during rides or events

Users should follow all traffic laws and ride responsibly.

5. Location Services

Certain features of BROAM require access to location data in order to provide ride tracking, navigation, and rider discovery.

During active rides, your live location may be visible to other participants in the ride.

You can control location permissions through your device settings.

6. User Content

Users may post reviews, comments, and other content within the app.

By posting content on BROAM, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content within the app for the purpose of operating and improving the service.

You are responsible for the content you post.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, design elements, and software related to BROAM are owned by BROAM or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the service without permission.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or use the service in a harmful or unlawful manner.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time through the app settings.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BROAM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

BROAM acts only as a platform connecting riders and does not organize or control rides created by users.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
